STEP_UP: Stop epidemic growth through learning is an Erasmus+ project which started in December 2020 and since then a training tool for adult education, namely health and social care and community stakeholders, was developed. This training tool is based on an educational game through which stakeholders can better understand the impact of behaviours in the spread of a pandemic/emergency situation and can be trained, through the game, on how to prevent and cope.
As a part of the project several Multiplier Events will be held and the one in Croatia will take place on 25th of November 2022, in a face-to-face format, at the Croatian Institute of Public Health, in Zagreb. This Multiplier event aims to share the project outcomes with the relevant stakeholders in Croatia. The main results of this project are: the STEP_UP educational game, a Manual of social and political interventions and the Toolkit for professionals and training methodology. In addition to presenting the project and the main results of the project, this multiplier event will familiarize the participants with the process and methods used in the last two years and hopefully promote its further use after the project ends. The main session of the event will focus on active participation and hands-on experience of how the online game works in practice. Furthermore, the participants will be encouraged to discuss and share their opinions on the educational materials.
